Amuse/  sweet snow crab & calabrian chili

One/ burrata, truffle, honey, fresh bread

Two/ sweet rice, cured salmon, pickled vegetable

Three/ porcini mushroom ravioli, smoked duck breast, tomato water, crispy onion

Four/ your choice of

rack of lamb with field herbs or pacific snapper with chimichurri

carrot trio, golden potato, demi glace

Five/ milk chocolate, peanut butter, banana, salted caramel
