How long before our event do we need to book?
Generally we require only 24 hours notice to cater an event, however, this does change according to the requirements of the event. General bookings such as office meetings and small gatherings can generally be accomodated at a moments notice. The larger the group the more notice we would like in order to ensure the availability of time and staffing to create the best possible experience for you. Weddings can be booked up to 18 months in advance.
When does Jeffrey’s need my final guest count?
For small events (under 50 people) we require a final guest count 24 hours prior to your event, changes after this time may result in additional charges being incurred. For larger events we require a final guest count five days prior to the event. We do try to make every effort to accomodate any changes after these times.
What is the deadline for changes and cancellation?
There are no penalties or charges for changes or cancellations prior to the date for final counts (24hrs for events under 50 and 5 days for groups over 50). Any changes or cancellations after this time will incurre penalties as follows – less than 6 hours for small groups and less than 24 hours notice for large groups will incurre full charge for cancellations. Between 24-6 hours for small groups and between 5 days and 24 hours for large groups will incurre a 50% charge. All other changes will be charged according to the costs associated.
